After toying around in WotLK for awhile, Exile got… well… kinda bored. Several games are coming out folks are enjoying while the guild plays WoW more casually. That said, when (if) things get more interesting in game… we’ll be back in force.
Upon realizing his beloved was really a spikey green psychotic old god tentacle monster thing, Thorim was at first repulsed – and then violently nauseous. Before heading off to his bunk, however, he seemed to warm to the idea a bit.

You have to go a ways back to see the likes of this crew standing en masse before the ever awesome Onyxia. Though some names have changed, our guild was there 5 years ago and we’re glad to see the old girl again.
We’re especially happy to have a 22-slot bag factory!
Well, after a little more than a month of serious attempts, we finally nailed the final 3.0 heroic raiding achievement!! (And all it took was not standing in fire ….) Congratulations to everyone on their shiny new Black Proto Drakes! We’ll see you all in Ulduar!
Ok, so it’s a little late. Well, pretty damned late actually but we now have killing Sartharion and all 3 of his cronies under our belts (3 times already, but people still seem to flock to the fire like misquitoes). As promised in the last article, below you’ll find some group shots post kill.
Now, we’re all getting ready for the upcoming 3.1 patch to be released and plan on doing some raiding (provided the server doesn’t crash all the friggin time again) on the PTR to see the new stuff. When 3.1 goes live, I’ll nag our Officers to start taking kill shots of our Ulduar kills to be posted for the News and show we’re still alive and kicking ass.
Since Eldreth fails at making a news post (<3 Eldreth), I'll do it as we need something beyond Nels awesome achievement from.. TBC..
So I decided to make some kind of post to show we're still alive and raiding. Now that the awkward moment of making the first new post in months is over, we should see more news from the Officers as to what's going on in the guild.
Last night, after a few attempts working out phase 3 we finally downed Malygos. Grats to those who earned gear and stuck with it learning how to ride those pesky red drakes.
Last week we did a full clear of Naxx 25. Yeah.. farm zone anyone? Talk about easy compared to old Naxx 40, yeesh.
Lastly, kudos to those who earned the title "Champion of the Frozen Wastes” after defeating every heroic 5 man, Naxx 25, Sartharion and Malygos.
The next time we post, we’ll include those trendy group pictures of the kills. They may not be our firsts, but we generally have the same people anyway, so it’s all good.
